  I've recently had the pleasure of visiting the Rolex Boutique by Prestons a few times. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walk through the doors, the atmosphere is welcoming, sophisticated, and genuinely personal. ​A special thanks to Caitlan, her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for watches is brilliant. We had a great conversation about Watches and Wonders and honestly it was just nice to talk to someone who was as into it as I am! Caitlan took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, kept me informed after the watch I enquired for was discontinued and made me feel completely valued as a customer when choosing an alternative. It is rare to find such high-end service combined with a down-to-earth and friendly approach. I look forward to continuing my watch-collecting journey with Prestons. Thanks again.

  What a fantastic experience we had from firstly meeting Andrew early last year & choosing the Rolex for our Granddaughters 21st birthday. As promised, Andrew delivered, but went well beyond the call of duty to make the day such an amazing experience not only for us, but for our Granddaughter. Andrew & his team made the day by going along with the surprise. A day our Granddaughter will never forget. Thank you so much, Ian & Linda

  The Quintessential Luxury Experience This was my second acquisition from Prestons at Victoria Gate, and once again, the team exceeded every expectation. From the moment I was greeted at the entrance to the refined atmosphere of the private consultation room, the entire process was handled with an impeccable level of grace and professionalism. Chris, Shannon, Caitlin and the rest of the team are a credit to the boutique. They understand that purchasing a Rolex isn't just a transaction; it’s a special moment in life to celebrate. I was particularly touched by the attention to detail—even my dietary requirements were taken into account, and the soya hot chocolate was a delightful, thoughtful touch. There was zero pressure throughout the whole experience, only genuine passion for horology and a commitment to world-class service. It is clear that Mr. Massey has cultivated a phenomenal team in Leeds. I am already looking forward to the next step in my journey with Chris and the rest of the staff.
